Social Media for Mobile and Electronics Shops

Anyone buying a phone has watched ten reviews already. They are not on your page to learn the camera details, they are checking whether you are the shop that will still answer after they pay.

Stop reposting the brand video

The official launch clip is on a thousand pages. Film your own hands unboxing the unit you actually have in stock, with your price and your warranty on screen.

What decides the purchase here

The phone is the same everywhere. These four things are not.

  • Your price today, and whether it includes a case and a screen guard.
  • Warranty: how long, who honours it, and where they bring it back.
  • Exchange: what you pay for their old handset.
  • Whether you set it up before they walk out.

Repairs build more trust than sales

A video of a screen being replaced properly, with the price said out loud, brings in customers for years. Sales posts sell one phone. A repair video sells the shop.

Compare at real budgets, not by model

People do not shop by model, they shop by budget. Make one video per budget you sell at, with the two or three handsets you would honestly recommend at that price.

Real examples

Bad line, good line.

Reposting the brand launch video sells the brand, not you.

The specs are public. Your service is the only thing you are selling.

01Film one unboxing of stock you have right now, with price and warranty on screen.
02Film one repair from start to working, and say what it costs.
